The exponential pace of technological development and the rapid social transformations resulting from it requires innovative solutions in the legal field. The LLM in Digital Society of the University of Alicante offers a program that fits this new reality and is aimed at training professionals who can deal with the legal problems raised by new technologies.
The LLM in Digital Society offers an innovative programme that brings together departments from the Faculties of Law, Economics and Business Studies, and Computer Sciences. The result is an interdisciplinary programme that addresses legal issues, but with a solid knowledge of emerging technologies and their implications in the business world. The main objective is to prepare our students to tackle complex problems and join interdisciplinary teams. The international and eminently practical focus of the study programme is revealed in our faculty, made up of renowned academics, legal professionals, engineers, representatives of industry, and national and international institutions.
